This notice explains the browser storage and tracking technology used by Kingsman Associate on kingsmanpropertyessentials.com.

Essential storage

Essential storage is used to remember your privacy choice, operate a secure CRM login and maintain necessary browser state. These features do not load the Meta Pixel or optional analytics tags and cannot be disabled through our preference control because the site and private CRM rely on them.

Optional analytics and advertising

If you select “Accept optional tracking”, the site may load Google Tag Manager and the Meta Pixel. It may then record page views, checker progress, submitted enquiries, WhatsApp clicks and call clicks together with campaign attribution. Meta may set identifiers such as _fbp and _fbc. A matching server-side Lead event may also be sent to Meta’s Conversions API so the browser and server events can be deduplicated.

Your choice

Optional tracking remains disabled unless you accept it. Selecting “Essential only” prevents the optional tags and marketing event reporting from loading. You can change your decision using “Privacy choices” in the landing-page footer; a new consent notice will also appear if this policy version changes.
